Within just a few steps, you’ll reach cozy cafés, great restaurants, the train station, shops, cross-country trails, and hiking paths. Whether you want to be active or simply explore the area at a relaxed pace, everything is easily accessible on foot.

Our apartments are not design showrooms – and they aren’t meant to be. Instead, you’ll find lovingly maintained rooms in a traditional country-house style, offering a warm and simple atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. Each apartment is functional and provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday – no frills, but plenty of genuine Tyrolean charm.
 

Family-Run & Personal

As your host family, we live in the house ourselves and are always available for our guests. Friendliness and genuine warmth are simply part of who we are.

Since 1965, we have welcomed visitors from all over the world here in the heart of Seefeld. Over the years, our small house has become not only a familiar part of the village center but also a place many guests have grown fond of. Some have been returning for decades, others are discovering us for the first time – but all can look forward to a family-like atmosphere that makes you feel welcome from the very first moment.
